Issues with Spectralink 8030 phones roaming with WPA2 on WX2200 and AP3950s

Has anyone seen an issue where Spectralink 8030 handsets randomly stall or drop when trying to roam when using WPA2/AES with PSK on AP3950s with a WX2200 running code version 7.0.13.3? When running WEP128 over the same infrastructure there are no roaming issues.
