Wireless access point 420 not connecting to network
I have 20 hp 420 wireless access points currently on the network. I would like to add 4 more, I have updated the firmware on the 4 units and also taken all the configurations from an existing working access point to set up the 4 new ones.
My problem is this: After setting up the 4 access points, they work on a network connection in my office that is an untagged port. When I try to plug them in to the switchport to where they are being relocated to (tagged port) they no longer pick up a network signal and do not broadcast.
If anyone has any thoughts on this I would like to hear them.
thanks, Bill
