3com 3cdsg8 switch

Hi,

I am facing an issue with the above type of switch. I have 8 of those switches and I've been trying to change admin passwords. This is the second time i am changing passwords. the issue is that when changing the admin password with a new one, then i cannot log in either with the new password or the old one ( or any other backdoor). I've already changed the passwords of 3 of those switches and I am currently locked.

It seems to me that the only way to do this is by resetting the switches to their factory defaults and re-configuring them again!

Any suggestions???
