3par 7200c disk issue after replacement
HI,
we have found that the 3par 7200c disk degraded so we replaced the disk with new one.
after one week the disk stuck at 33% of allocation, some HP engineer check the 3par management console from terminal and found not all chunklist transfered before replacing.
so we tried to revert back the same HDD (degraded one) and it start will 11% allocation and gradually reducing.
the degraded disk was in magazine 5 ID 5, and when we replace disk from magazine 5 it show as new ID 12 and magazine 5.
dont know how to fix this.
the following errors are showing now. still degraded HDD connected. if anyone can please support.

Re: 3par 7200c disk issue after replacement
Hi Roger8,
What I understand is that, the initial replacement of the disk doen without the servicemag start. Do we know what was the servicemag status at that time? Or what was the PD detailed status before we pulled the same out?
My suggestion is to involve the support since this needs some clean up and some risk of data outage so needs a deeper look.
Regards,
Veeyaarvi

Re: 3par 7200c disk issue after replacement
HI,
i am engaging HPE team to support in this as i am not receving any comments or support from community experts.
for your question, we dont know what was the servicemag status at that time, what we know is that the disk allocation stuck at 32% and i come to know that team did not replace HDD correctly.
