Setting my Hard Disk to its Factory setting by mistake

Dear All;

 

By mistake, I have Set my Hard Disk to its Factory settings, and therefore I have lost all my data. Is there a way to recover the lost data ??????????

What type of disk do you have?

What model computer is it installed in?  What Windows are you using?
