3PAR 7200 modules failed and trying to change it to a new one while saving the data

We have an old HPE 3par 7200 StoreServe storage that had 2 failed modules, we got 2 used modules from another Storeserv and are trying to connect it to our storage, but they are not communicating very well, we are trying to do this while preserving the array that we originally had, does anyone knows how to change the modules without loosing the info? even thought they are used modules?

Please provide more details so that we can understand the current status.

Are both failed modules are in the same loop? What is seen in the 'showcge -d' output?
