Compatibility with the e3000 and Hp 9000 printer
I have two HP9000 DN printers managed by a e3000 server. The 9000 will occasional printer duplicate spool file without being asked. The code for the print job does not support this. Also the e3000 error log reports a power failure or interruption while printing but the printer does not show the same error.Any ideas?

Re: Compatibility with the e3000 and Hp 9000 printer
Hello Will,
Please provide details on errors messages and/or errors numbers if any. How are printers connected to the e3000 server? Serially via DTC? or Network connection using JetDirect Interface?

The printers are connected using jet direct cards on a network.

Had a similar issue on an HP-UX I installed the latest version of the JetDirect software and it fixed the issue.
