Is it possible to connect LVD/SE DLT8000 drive to Ultra160 interface

Hi all
I have got a rp7410 server.
It has got a ultra160 scsi connecter onboard.
Is it possible to connect LVD/SE DLT8000 drive to Ultra160 interface?

Hi,
Yes, it should be possible. Is there other devices (disks) connected to this interface. In this case, using a tape device on the same bus will perhaps slow down the bus.

I just seen in ioscan that it shows that it as Ultra160 Wide LVD. So u r obsolutely right.

Right now NO devices are connected. so no issue
