Lan console and serial port console

I have configured Lan console on my A class Hp server. It was running fine till now.

But now red light is appearing near the lan console port and I'm not able to get the console I'm not able to get the connection from telnet also.

I've tried to connect it thru serial port but nothing is displaying on the console.

Can Lan console & serial port simultaneously work ?

Please help is resolving.

Check this diagram of an A500 attached to find your red light. Is it 'GSP Reset' or 'TOC'?

Check your GSP logs if you can:

sl
error
filert yes

To reset your GSP or to verify your GSP from the command line of the O/S:

stty +resetGSP < /dev/GSPdiag1

To verify:

stty +queryGSP < /dev/GSPdiag1

You may lose your log entries with +resetGSP.

Regarding: "...Can Lan console & serial port simultaneously work..."

Multiple GSP user logins are allowed, see page 106 of the link below, and both connections are also allowed.

It has worked.
After resetting the GSP port I'm able to get the LAN console.
