Locked Keyboard

There is a HP 9000 Dbox in my office and the keyboard is locked. How do I
unlock the keyboard?

It's not clear to me which keyboard is locked.
Is it a simple 700/9x ASCII Terminal?
In this case you can find a RESET button on the keyboard. You are able to
release your Keyboart by pressing SHIFT+RESET
