Web Console in L2000 Server

I have problems running sam in a external WebConsole in two L2000 Servers. Using the HP terminal, when I try to run sam, It says that there is a problem with the display configuration. Using VT100 sam runs incorrectly. I have the latest firmware.

You have to change a TERM parameter.
There are two methods to do that.
At first, type " export TERM=hp" after login.
Second, log on GSP prompt, then type "ca"- it is for changing console parameters, there change TERM type to HPterm, default is VT100.
The second method is better and I recommend, because it is eternal.

The webconsoles have some severe problems, We have configured the networking port for the GSP and use that as our console and that works like a dream. Give that a try.
