Re: Adding 2 new switches from the existing switches

Hi Whiteknight,

am really happy to work with you .

1) I would like to know can this be done on line ?

It should be possible.

2) How to activate the fabric manager able to see the new switches ?

You can add the switch ip and password in the fabric manager menu (switch selection window),it will discover.

3) How to turn on the ISL link ?

Once you logged ,using "Port admin" menu make the particluar port as E-port.

Currently , I don`t have any document to prove this, but I belive it can be done as stated above.

Thanks,
Aneesh
