BL860 11iv3 SAN Connectivity

Just installed 2 BL860C blades with 11iv3. Having trouble connecting to IBM SVC storage. Blades have the QLogic QMH2462 4Gb FC HBA mezzanine cards. Cannot see the luns allocated. ioscan -C tgtpath shows the SVC nodes as NO_HW.
Any help would be appreciated.
