HP EVA P6500 apparently false of occupancy alarm exceeded

I have an HP P6500 storage with 2 disk groups. One of this disk group is showing an alarm on the occupancy level.
This occurs after a shutdown of the storage.

In section Summary in disk Properties:

Total: 13969 GB
Allocated: 14385 GB (Critical alarm level exceeded)
Allocation level: Not available
Requested: 12322 GB
Oversubscribed: 0 GB

Although, the available space still says I have 1628 GB of vRAID, 813 GB of vRAID1, etc.  any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Hi

If you are not using thin provisioning usually a controller Resync solves this problem.

You can do it from command view fieldservice page issue a 2a command do it in low traffic time though it usually is done with no downtime
