HPUX - Scsi unit Ready (SUR)

Hi,
While sniffing our fabric ( Mds, w/cisco analyzer ) looking for Windows 2003 servers that needed a reg fix for repeated SUR's (see MS artical 842411). We found our Data Protector server (HPUX 11.11) performing repeated SUR's.

I've searched and found a patch that I hoped would work. It did not seem to help. Is there a fix? Has anybody else found this to be a problem with HPUX 11.11? We have 5 other HPUX systems that aren't preforming SUR's. These SUR's have an ill affect on the fabric.
