Lost access to volume, AJ821A and portCfgFillWord

Hi. We have 2x AJ821A, BL490c G6 and BL490c G7 servers with vSphere 5.0.  Last time we start recieve many 'Lost access to volume' messages. Our disk systems are EMC CLARiiON CX4-120 with 8 Gbps front-end ports.

 

As one of solutions should i use portCfgFillWord and set Mode 3 for all ports on SAN switch?
