this week I must to install FCA22140 with MPIO on a one linux RH 4.0 and one Win2000 srv.
My questions are:
1) where I can get MPIO software ? Is it embedded with HBA drivers or is dedicated software package ?
2) where I can find the setup instructions for correctly install and setup MPIO ?
The storage is EVA3000
Thanks in advance
kind regards
Davide

Re: MPIO Windows/Linux 1st time installation
The MPIO function for Linux is in the device driver:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?pnameOID=315892&locale=en_US&taskId=135&refresh=true&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=315890&swEnvOID=2025
For Windows, you need the device driver:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?pnameOID=315892&locale=en_US&taskId=135&refresh=true&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=315890&swEnvOID=181
and the MPIO DSM:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?locale=en_US<=English+%28US%29&pnameOID=321354&prodSeriesId=321347&prodTypeId=12169&basePartNum=COL7608&locBasepartNum=co-22469-1&os=Microsoft+Windows+Server+2003&tech=Software++Storage
2)
Documentation for setup on Linux is hidden here:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DocumentIndex.jsp?contentType=SupportManual&locale=en_US&docIndexId=179911&taskId=120&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=421487
Instructions for Windows are in the DSM package.
