Time BB_credit Zero Very High
Hello,
I have a EVA5000 and MSL6060 connected to two Sanswitch 2/32's. The connecting hosts are Windows 2003 and 2000. Performance has not been very good either disk to disk copy or backup from EVA to MSL6060. I have started to look at the switches and forced the port speeds.
Everything is hard configured to 2Gbps
One stat I have noticed on the switches is Time BB_credit Zero...it is in the billions on the EVA connections?
Is this normal?
How is this time calculated ms, nanoseconds, seconds?
Can the buffers be increased. I understood each block of 4 adjacent ports shares 108 buffers??
Any help appreciated.
