unable to ssh proxy into switches

added a new nic to the imc server and trying to run discoveries, and it finds nothing but ICMP devices, seems like it can't ssh into anything, when trying to run the ssh proxy it errors out saying "Algorithm negotiation fail" I've checked on the server and I can connect to the switches via HTTPS and SSH, and I've also verified the passwords as well

looks like i can't ssh into any of the my 2915 or 2920 switches either on my other network, sadly thats what this new network is entirely composed of
