PROXY settings - no change possible ?? in RSS 5.50

hello, how do you work with proxy ?

in new RSS 5.50, when i change proxy settings in RSSWM (IP, port, login) - nothing was happend... solution work always with old settings... (after restart of everything still same situation...)

I am not ABLE change proxy settings!!!

i check communication of RSSWM with command netstat in WINDOWS to show, whitch connection is active... RSSWM work forever with old settings? WHY ?


same problem during installation, PROXY settigs is sometimes accepted, sometimes no... why ?
