350x Phones Do Not Always Ring

We are having an issue where our 350x phones will not always ring. User know they had a call because it either comes in through 'Voice Mail to E-Mail' or 'Find Me Follow Me' feature. We have an @ 350 phone installation that was installed in January 2011. Problem seems to go away if we turn off the 'power save' features. Would like to know if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

mmm you mention de power safe but it's seems weird to me that checking that box could solve the problem, we have something like that and we solve reseting the phone and then when it's trying to contact DHCP clic on config and in network setting disable vlan and enable it again with teh same number then reset the phone, and this solve the problem.

HP finally reproduced our issue and came out with a super-patch for the phones.
