RX8640扩容

1、首先查看CELL板型号、CPU主频和型号是否和已有CELL板相同（同一分区的CPU主频必须相同）：MP>cm>df — d—a（查看全部可查看硬件型号）

3、若相同在已有分区0的系统中使用以下命令：

#parmodify –p 0 –a 0/1:base:y:ri  ——将CELL1加入分区0中，执行此命令后会有相关提示，操作成功及下一步需要的操作都会有提示，如果firmware不同也会在此提示，需注意观察）

#shutdown –R               ———等待60s重启（执行上一条命令后会有提示，注意看命令提示）

注意：重启后有些安全隐患自检过程无法检测到，因此扩容时建议提前带内存和CPU等备件，可能也需要再次重启

扩展1：从分区中删除CELL板：

#parmodify –p 0 –d 0/1

The partition must be shutdown to reconfigure

or deactivate a Cell Online so that changes to the Stable Complex 

Configuration Data can occur.

On HP-UX use "shutdown -RH" or use "parolrad -d" to deactivate a Cell Online to the partition.

On Windows, shut down the OS on the partition using the Start menu or "shutdown -s" at a Command Prompt.

On Linux, shut down the OS on the partition using "shutdown -s" at a Command Prompt.

If the partition is at the system firmware prompt, use the RR command on the MP Command Menu.

To boot the partition again, use the MP Command Menu.

#shutdown –RH 0

重启后的自检过程可能会看到分区的CELL板状态均为BIB,因此需要cm>rs再次重启分区。

扩展2：RX8640更新CELL板firmware
