Disk lost randomly. OS is Windows Server 2008 R2, connecting MSA with two 10Gb cables directly

Have configured MPIO, and failover test good.

I have disable TCP connecting Offload and modify Reiceive buffer from 0 to 6000.

And install some WIndows hotfix, till now everything is good ( about 1 day and a half ).

Have I missiing some steps?

Hello @louisji2008,

Good day!!

The query has lots of information to be provided.

which MSA?because 2008 are not supported by our recent MSA.

Two direct cable is not in best practice. if controller A has two cables and B has no cables, and A fails, then although vdisk failsover to B, no IOPs happens via B port as it is not cabled.

With single cable on each controller, it should work.. but that depends if random outage happens due to HBA failure on hosts.. If HBA has both Ports connectd to A & B..then HBA failure can cause outage.
