MSA P2000G3 FC/iSCSI unable to use VSS Hardware provider from DPM 2010 server, Error 30290

This error can occur if the Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) hardware provider fails to take a snapshot on the host computer that is running Hyper-V.

Some VSS hardware providers require credentials to connect to a storage area network (SAN) to take a hardware snapshot.

Is this looking for the Chap credentials ?
