HP 9Gb disks not supported?

I've got a HP LP2000r with 1Ghz CPU and a NetRaid 3Si card. Recently the RAID array degraded and the RAID card was NOT able to rebuild the array from the RAID bios.

HP tech support told me that some of my 9Gb drives (i.e.D4289A) were NOT supported!

Could someone please tell me what HP SCSI MCA drives are and are NOT supported with my configuration?
