HP Proliant DL380 G4 or DL 360 G5 - pinging from a proliant a Netgear intelligent switch

Hello,
I have something strange: Not able to ping a switch Netgear GS724T Smart Switch from a HP Proliant DL380 G4 or DL 360 G5.
Meanwhile when connecting the DL360 G5 on the same switch Netgear GS724T with 2 other DL380G4 all teamings are broken on all HP servers.

Sorry I read this like 5 times but I dont understand what your trying to say.

Unless your switch has a management interface, you usually dont/cant ping a switch.

Can you grab some screen shots of the NCU screens and post them here as an attachment? I want to see what you mean by Teams are broken.
