HPE Discover 2023 Las Vegas: Quick recap of HPE’s biggest global customer & partner event

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)’s biggest global customer & partner event - Discover has always provided enterprises with a great platform to introduce their ambitions to the world. Every year, HPE has brought together customers, partners, and journalists under one roof to talk about successes and what new products and services will be coming ahead. This time, HPE Discover 2023 kicked off in Las Vegas, creating an incredible opportunity for thousands of attendees to connect directly with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers, sessions, demos, face-to-face meetings. Check out the main OEM highlights below:

• Watch here the HPE CEO, Antonio Neri's keynote on day 1- he kick-started HPE Discover 2023 by pledging that partners will be included in the edge-to-cloud platform powerhouse’s “bold” AI future. He spoke about the most recent acquisition, OpsRamp that is already being integrated into GreenLake, but will still remain available as a separate SaaS offering. Neri also mentioned that the "HPE GreenLake for Large Language Models is the first in a series of industry domain-specific AI applications that will run on HPE supercomputers and AI software, powered by nearly 100 percent renewable energy".
  
  
• Our OEM, service provider and telco hub was buzzing with attendees, who wanted to learn and explore more. On all 3 days, we had a strong OEM presence along with more hands-on learning and training about HPE solutions.
  
  
• HPE Discover Las Vegas 2023 unveiled HPE GreenLake for Large Language Models, a public cloud service that for the first time provides supercomputing in a consumption-based cloud model. HPE GreenLake For Large Language Models, a form of generative AI, will be powered by HPE Cray XD Supercomputers with Nvidia H100 GPUs. It will be available by the end of the calendar year starting in North America and in Europe early next year.
  
  
• At HPE Discover Las Vegas 2023, HPE OEM Solution's Matt Quirk (WW Channels & Ecosystem Leader, HPE) caught up with Richard McQuaide (Manager, Hybrid IT SW Program Management at HPE OEM SW Partner Engagement) to discuss HPE's role in the Open BMC space. Talking about HPE's role, the company offers a secure, seamless path for you to adopt OpenBMC on select HPE ProLiant servers. HPE makes it easy to implement your OpenBMC strategy on ProLiant servers. • Matt Quirk hosted the "HPE OEM solutions for software innovators" session on how software innovators can increase scale, breadth, and velocity with HPE's Virtual OEM Solutions. Virtual OEM is an innovative go-to-market model that enables software-focused OEMs and innovators to market and position fully integrated solutions while leveraging HPE and its channel partners to transact and deliver the hardware component. The session enables you to focus on your innovation whilst taking full advantage of HPE’s industry expertise and global reach.

At the OEM, service provider and telco hub, we have witnessed several customer meetings, interesting sessions and demos, engagement and traction; it was a huge success and an extravagant show. HPE Discover 2023 Las Vegas was a huge success with brand new offerings, learnings, sessions and so much more.
