Adding Oracle "Intelligent" Agent to ServiceGuard Package
I read thru the "Oracle toolkit in a HP ServiceGuard Cluster" documentation & I see no discussion on adding the Oracle "Intelligent" agent (to all Enterprise Mgr access & control for the particular database running under ServiceGuard). Is this a common practice or can someone tell me if they have done this successfully?
Thanks!

Re: Adding Oracle "Intelligent" Agent to ServiceGuard Package
Shalom,
OEM is a very big pain to work in a cluster. One of our DBA's tried to make it work for a long time with less than good results.
The HP serviceguard kit for Oracle is a series of tools which you could probably develop yourself. The toolkit itself does not deal with OEM. You'll have to do that yourself. The toolkit may provide you a template.
