BIND 4.7.9

I am running HP unix 10.x (I belive 10.2) on a 9000 series server. Currently I an running BIND 4.9.7 for DNS. I have been following the security issues in BIND and want to know IF I can upgrade to BIND 8.x.x with my current config. If not, what patches do I need to secure my current version of BIND?

HPUX version 11.X has BIND version 8,1.2 available, but I'm not aware of any version upgrade beyond 4.9.7 of HPUX 10.20. The patch that corrects the security issue for 10.20 is PHNE_20618. I've attached a complete copy of the HP Security Bulletin.
