Disk timeout in HP-UX 11iv3

Disk timeout in HP-UX 11iv3

I need to change the disk timeout for raw device. Is there a way to change that? For device managed via LVM we can change that using pvchange command but I couldnt find equivalent command for raw device which is not managed via LVM
