Exe to DATA

Hi experts,,

I came to know a exe file can be converted to

data by changing the magic number of the file.

Is it possible?

If yes,how can we do that??

Can u please point me out some docs for

the same

I presume that you wish to look at the internals of the file.
Try what
or strings

The file /etc/magic as well as 'man 4 magic' should point you in the right direction.
