How to find out the maximum pdt entry RAM module

Dear All,
Actually we have on RX 4640 itanium server.
it is having total 8Gb 512*16 modules. After somw days it two GB of the RAM and one processor gor disabled. and region is the PDT errors got exceeded its limit. And after one reboot it will detect all the ram and processor again. My concern is this how i can find out which memory module is havind the max errors. how to find out the physically location of the module.

You can use stm to find out this.

cstm
cstm>map
cstm>sel dev "no."
cstm>info
cstm>info log
