How to identify problem on catia v5 in HP-UX

Are any error messages produced? What about any log files?

How do you know there's a problem?

This is not standard UNIX problem. It's your customer's application.

Is there any errors in syslog?

Hi,

check the error logs - the path is defined in the start env:
CATIA.V5R19.B19.txt
It's for example:
CATErrorLog=/tmp/CATTemp/error_R19.log

There's also an abend file like:
AbendTrace__d326_h07m54_0.txt

You (or your CAD system sevice/support partner) should see something informative.

Else - it's always good to install the latest ldd-and-linker patches.

Else - a better desciption of 'a problem' would be fine.
