HP-UX CDE text editor

Hi all,

I'm using the export DISPLAY to connect to a remote UX workstation. What is the name of the graphical text editor in /usr/dt/bin - I don't want to use vi becose I have huge data to edit...

Hi,

You can use Emacs. it can be downloaded from ftp://ftp.mirror.ac.uk/sites/ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/

CDE's text editor = dtpad.
