HPUX Networking
Does anybody know if the NIC's for HP9000 servers are 802.1Q compatible on HPUX 10.20 and 11?
If so, how do you configure it.

Maybe you could get the best answer from the folks at HP are working on this. Take a look at this thread, because back in April, HP was looking for folks with VLAN interest to work with:

There's also an existing product that talks Cisco's proprietary ISL protocol that works under 10.20 and 11.x, but...
o I don't think it does 802.1q
o I don't know if it does multiple VLAN's (I've only seen it used for doing failover of NIC's)
o It doesn't play well with some other software that messes with the IP stack in the kernel
