Ignite-UX
I want to re-build a V Class server in less than 24 hours. I'm looking for possible solutions and ideas.
With respect to Ignite-UX can I burn an image onto a CD and if so how? What products, drivers and software are available to acheive this?

Hi:
For software AND documentation see:

Do a search in this forum for 'Ignite'. There are many posts discussing server rebuilds.

Re: Ignite-UX
According to release_notes in /opt/ignite/share/doc, the Vclass can boot from DDS and DLT, no CD-ROM.
Many machines require special firmware revisions or patches, etc. Check this document for system specific information.
The /opt/ignite/share/doc directory is available after the Ignite product is installed.
Other sources of Ignite information include:
http://www.docs.hp.com/hpux/onlinedocs/B2355-90677/B2355-90677.html
