iPlanet4.1 problem in HP_UX11.0

I try to port our product from solaris2.6 to HP-UX11.0. In Solaris we use Netscape3.6. In HP we use iPlanet4.1. We use NSAPI method for both.
In HP it passed compile, but when running it comes out with some error like below:
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Unresolved symbol: CERT_GetOrgName (code) from /usr/netscape/server4/bin/https/lib/libns-httpd40.sl
I have put every possible lib in the SHLIB_PATH, but no effect.
Does any knows what cause the problem? Any tips are welcome.
