check SAN zoning, DMX ports should be zoned to your server's HBAs.
Also see whether the WWNs that the LUNs are presented to really correspond to your HBA's WWNs.

ioscan -fnc fc
then chek its online or mot

the only one thing you can do on HP-UX side is to check by
fcmsutil /dev/
that the fibre link is ONLINE as status.
If so then you have to check zoning and/or SAN configuration.

If luns are presented to this host, you could see the messages related to new luns and it's paths on dmesg buffer.
Check with dmesg output. If no messages, then the LUN's not visible to the system.
You need to check the SAN configuration like zoning, masking.
