Off (SP) states for HPIVM

Hello folks,
I would want to know in what conditions does the IVM show a OFF (SP) state when given a hpvmstatus command. I am working on a solution which checks the "suspended" state of the IVM, hence need the different scenarios when this state is encountered.

I know of one condition when this state is encountered -
1. When doing an explicit hpvmsuspend.
