SCSI, SCSI-2, SCSI-SE ---> 5MBPS
Fast, Fast/Narrow, Diff-SCSI ---> 10MBPS
Diff-wide, F/W SCSI ---- > 20MBPS

Re: SCSI types and speeds available on HP

Depend on the box. For an "older" HP-PB or HSC server are just single ended SCSI1 and HVD fast & wide interfaces available. You can also get an ultra2 SCSI host bus adapter for the current system. Post us the system you are interested in and we can give you a more detailed answer.
For information about SCSI (speed, bus length?) check this page:

Re: SCSI types and speeds available on HP

SCSI - 5MBPS - 8 Devices - 8 bit bus
Fast SCSI - 10MBPS - 8 Devices - 8 bit bus
FAST wide SCSI - 20MBPS - 16 devices - 16bit bus
Ultra SCSI - 20MBPS - 20MBPS - 8 devices - 8 bit Bus
Ultra wide SCSI - 40MBPS - 16 devices - 16 Bit bus
Ultra2 wide scsi - 80MBPS - 16 Devices - 16 bit bus

Again you have got LVD and HVD buses in this SCSI which will effect the SCSI Cable length.

HVD supports upto 25 Meters where as LVD supports 12 meters length of SCSI Cable.

You should Check for your system specifications to know what are the different SCSI available for the system.
