set_fixed -l return the same device twice
Any idea why set_fixed -l return twice the same device ? One is up the other is down. How I can remove the second one ? Is that means this device is broken ?
Here is the result of set_fixed -l :

I do not think your device is broken, I think your stm is a little bit old, get version A.38.00 or higher to fix the issue.
