Trying to get vim color on 10.20

I am trying to setup vim on an hp 10.20 system and have just the base configuration. In other words the original xterm. Where can I get an upgrade to the xterm window.

The latest patches and go to
http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Editors/vim-6.1/

for a 10.20 vim
