VM Loses network connectivity

I have two VM's that have been running fine for two years, now all the sudden they lose network connectivity. They can ping themselves, but nothing else. They are 11vi3 patch to march2014.

I get no messages in the syslog, dmesg, or any logfile i can find

Make sure you have not just patches but also driver revisions ,of 1403 or later (speaking about the VSP). On VMs make sure you have the HPVM guest drivers from the same version which host run and are with HPVM patched too.
