As per pages 22/23 of http://docs.hp.com/en//1705/1705/oc.pdf
the rx2660 is not supported for Vpars
the rx2660 is not supported for Vpars

It's in general possible to assign a single core of a dual core CPU to a vPar, but as mentioned above your rx2660 is not supported for vPars.
If you want to do virtualization, consider to use HP Integrity virtual machines.
