memory violation error
Dear Team,
We are running Soak Test for 12 hours for 113 vusers with different scenarios.
However, 60 users defined for ONE scenario "ViewCARequest" exits after running for 2+hours - Users exit the test with error as below:
ViewSpecificCARequest.c(51): Error: C interpreter run time error: ViewSpecificCARequest.c (51): Error -- memory violation : Exception ACCESS_VIOLATION received. [MsgId: MERR-19890]
We have already done the below checks to troubleshoot,
1. Log when error occurs and limit log cache to 1KB
2. LG resource utilisation is between 50% to 60% - Seems ok
3. We have free memory in the script using below commands (script attached in the ticket)
========================================================
Commands Used:
lr_free_parameter(lr_eval_string("{toDate}"));
lr_free_parameter(lr_eval_string("{startDate}"));
lr_free_parameter(lr_eval_string("{endDate}"));
lr_free_parameter(lr_eval_string("{RequestIdSpecific}"));
)
========================================================
Not sure why these issues are coming.....
Please assist ASAP

Re: memory violation error
Hi @JanuJane ,
LoadRunner is part of a different company named " Micro Focus " . So you will need to repost your question in the Micro Focus Community at https://community.softwaregrp.com/
Thanks,
