Paid twice for the new HP computer. HP Canad has yet to acknowledge our request for reimbursement
U R G E N T
December 12, 2014
On October 30, 2014 we purchased an ENVY 27 computer. Total price including taxes: $1,732.00
- HP Order No: 0144076417
- Invoice Date: 05NOV14
Our IT manager charged the costs to our corporate credit card to pay HP Canada.
Meanwhile the HP Invoice was received by our Accounting Department and, as per our policy, was paid by cheque dated November 19, 2014.
On discovery of this error, we communicated (the only way possible) by email with HP collections but to no avail. We have yet to receive a simple acknowledgment.
One would think that a customer who paid his invoice promptly (not once but twice) would be treated with some form of consideration and hasty treatment. We hope so.

Michel - I would recommend contacting the HP Shopping (Canada) Customer Service department.
Their number is (877) 231 4351. They'll be best positioned to assist with you this type of issue.
