PCM+ 3.X License Issue

I just installed PCM+ 3.X, registered the software and installed the license but every time I try to do anything in PCM I get this message. "License out of Compliance: Your license for ProCurve Manager Plus is out of compliance. Please contact you vendor for more licenses.  Would you like to add a license?"  I click "OK" I go to the HP sight get another license install that license and get the exact same message can anybody please help me?

PCM+ base license is for 50 devices. If you have more than that, you get this error. In that case you will need to purchse necessary amount of additional 100 device licenses. There's nothing you can get from HP website.

You might also see it if your PCM is installed in localized Windows (only English OS is supported).
