Everything works fine but I want to add entries in my default.xml file for additional konfiguration.
I would like to use the Windows System Image Manger but all Options to add entries are greyed out as long as I don't choose a Windows Image.
If I first choose the windows image from the RDP distribution share and second choose the default.xml answer file the system image manager wants to assosiate them.
What is the best way to change the default.xml with system Image manager?
Thanks for help!
Paul

SolutionYou need to associate the image with the default.xml it doesn't make any diffrens. It doen't change anything in the default.xml just giving you the right options to select from..
Here is what I do to config my XML file..
Open the windows image and select the version of 2008 you want to install.. (i.e Windows Longhorn SERVERENTERPRISE)
Open the default.xml for that specific OS from RDP. Associate if it asks.. If your not sure save a copy of the unattended file you use just in case..
Then custumize the unattended file to your needs..
