Base System Device for a Proliant DL360 G4
Any idea's??? of where to find the driver let alone know what device this is, besides this driver the server is working fine.

Not really but I'm getting the same message but for
PCI\VEN_0E11&DEV_B204&SUBSYS_3304103C&REV_03\4&1E46F438&0&22F0
Makes a nonsence when HP don't supply the appropriate drivers for their servers, doesn't it?

After some poking around it appears that I needed the
HP ProLiant Integrated Lights-Out Management Interface Driver for Windows Server 2003/2008
from the drivers section, see if this helps you out

Thank you! Downloading and installing the ILO 2 Management Controller for our DL360 G6 did the trick and got rid of that error!
