Depend if System ROM up to date
If System Management Driver up to Date and agents
Additionally you can try to reset them, would be best if you can swap around for test purpose and monitor if problem follow memory module.
You should get slot number
Or open cover while Amber LED is on and Verify which slot is suspected

I dont know if your problem is fixed or not but anyhow this is a known problem on servers. This document may be of some help.
